So this is the Beginning

I created this blog reluctantly. I'm not quite sure if I'm doing this because I want to or because my wife keeps telling me how angry it makes her when I don't write my thoughts down or share my thoughts with others. This may be her, not so subtle, way of telling me she is tried of being my constant sounding board. The truth is my wife needs a break from my ramblings and I need to develop the courage and the conviction to put my thoughts and feelings down in writing and accept the feedback, comments, and criticism of those who wish to read them. By doing this I hope to broaden my own perspective and improve my ability to convey my ideas, feelings, and arguments to others.
